What is included in a fixed fee service?
Each fixed fee service includes a defined scope of work, confirmed in writing before instruction. You will know exactly what is covered and what falls outside the agreed scope. If your matter requires additional work beyond what was agreed, we will always discuss this with you before proceeding and confirm any further fee in advance.
Do the prices include VAT?
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT at the current standard rate where applicable. We confirm the VAT position for your specific service in our engagement letter before any work begins, in accordance with SRA Transparency Rules.
What if my matter turns out to be more complicated than expected?
If it becomes clear that your matter falls outside the original scope, we will contact you straight away to explain the position and agree how to proceed. We will never carry out additional work and charge for it without your agreement first.
Can I get advice before committing to a fixed fee service?
